PushPress is our member app where you sign up for classes, view workout details, and manage your membership. PushPress also connects you with other members, share your progress, and stay motivated through the app’s social tab!

What is PushPress & how do I use it?

Classes are one hour in length. We start with a 10-15 minute warmup. The warm up is a very important part of the class, so please do not arrive late! Typically there is a strength or skill session followed by the WOD (workout of the day), although this varies depending on the day’s programming.  We recommend you wear comfortable workout clothes that you can sweat and move in. 😀 Please bring a water bottle!

What should I know before my first class? 

No! We encourage people to come where they are. Our coaches excel at scaling exercises to fit each individual’s needs. We are all at different points on our fitness journey and want to grow together.

We offer our  Military, First Responders, Students and Teachers a discount on 1 month & 3 month memberships. We also have an additional family member discount on 1 month & 3 month plans!
